We hope that you love our dressing outfits always, and never require to come to this page. But in an exceptionally rare case that you do, here is our returns policies:
Domestic Return Policy
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at along with a photo of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a resolution.
- All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.
- For Size Exchanges, reverse pickup facility are not available for international shipments

International Return policy-
- We are sorry for the inconvenience as we do not provide return and replace facility/service from outside India or on international purchasing orders. Please do make sure that you are aware of the return policy eligibility before your place the order.
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at customer.ghoomarjaipur@gmail.com
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the card used for making the payment. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%)

On sale return Policy
- Shopping made during sale at Ghoomar Jaipur are not eligible for any kind of return, refund or exchange.
- For any kind of queries or concerns, you can contact us by our official mailing hours from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday), expect national and public holidays.
