DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

• We do understand that our valuable products require to be shipped with great care. In fact, we work with some of the best known shipping and logistics companies to deliver your favorite products to you.
• We also understand that you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest to earliest. Hence; our customer care & warehouse team works rigorously to make sure that we are able to bring a smile to your face. Ghoomar Jaipur team perform plentiful rounds of quality check and assure that we deliver you your ordered styles in perfectly packed QC checked condition in the least possible time.
• Shipping is free only for domestic prepaid purchasing orders/items but for cash on delivery product/orders, we charge Rs 200/-.
• The shipping times vary from product to product variety. Please check the shipping information on the product web page to know product specific shipping exact time or duration.
• Please do note that the delivery of product times is subject to factors beyond our control such as- travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, lock-down, weather conditions, etc. But don’t worry, we are really well-known for delighting our regular clients by adhering to our promised shipping times.
• We will keep you updated and offer you with the entire tracking information once your order is dispatched through SMS/ e-mail.
• Moreover, last but least we commit to assuring that your buying products are always delivered in excellent condition and in the shortest duration possible. While prepaid products are shipped for free, but in some cases where additional shipping charges apply it is clearly indicated on the product details page as well as while placing your order.

International Shipping

• If the product is below order value of INR 35000 (470 USD) then we will be charging INR 1500 (2USD) per unit. And if the purchased value is more than INR 35000 then shipping is free.
• Cash on Delivery is not available for international purchasing items/products/orders.
• Product shipping times vary from country to country. Generally, products are dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within a maximum 15-20 days (but mostly it is much earlier as well)
• Moreover, any kind of duties, taxes or levies chargeable on international orders are to be borne and paid by only receiver or customers and it well totally based on shipping destination.
• There is no kind of transit insurance.
• Please do note that the delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control same as -travel delays from our shipping partners, country attack, bang, weather conditions, etc. But don’t worry, we are good for delighting our valuable customers by adhering to our promised shipping times.
• We will keep you upgraded and catered you with the tracking information once your order is dispatched through sms /e-mail.
• When ordering from our collection (Ghoomar Jaipur) you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are ordering the products.
• Unfortunately, customer will not be able place order for delivery to International place or location on India store. You will have to choose/select/change your shipping location through the option provided on the footer of the website “Shipping Locate “and select the location of delivery.
• Please note changing your shipping location during checkout will lead to loss of items in your purchasing bag. Shipping charges & Policy of selected product will apply to your order.
• Lastly, you can cancel your order before it is ready for dispatch. Once a product is dispatched, cancellation is not possible for us.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL

Domestic and International cancellation policy

• You can cancel your order, please e-mail us at info@ghoomarjaipur.com or call us on +91-9571210441.
• Once it has been shipped, customers cannot cancel the purchased item/product.
• An easy cancellation product process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been dispatched or shipped.
• Cancellations are free of costs.
• In case customers don’t want to cancel the order but needs replacement for the same then product or item can be returned after delivery within 5-7 days.
• Return is allowed with the same product. (if size issues arise)
